Dr. Jesse V. McClain IV, DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC, MSCN, CCRN, SCRN, WSET-3, FWS is a distinguished Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist based in Youngstown, Ohio. With over 19 years of experience in adult neurology, he is recognized for his compassionate and thorough patient care. Dr. McClain earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2017 and has been involved in numerous clinical trials focusing on multiple sclerosis and stroke.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. McClain is an accomplished author and wine educator. His nonfiction book, The Wine Doctor: Wine for Beginners from a Doctor of Nursing Practice and French Wine Scholar, blends personal narrative with expert knowledge, providing readers with an accessible introduction to the world of wine. He has also ventured into fiction with his debut novel, The Corked Incident, a suspenseful mystery that intertwines his medical background and passion for wine.
